Our Distributor policy is valid for all of our activities worldwide Distributors and TELLWO need to develop mutual trust and need to act in concert. No policy can be unilateral. Both must understand the others approach to the market and be willing to compromise for the combined benefit of both.

5. Distributor will receive marketing and sales aids including sales and technical literature, samples, leads, co-operative sales calls and technical assistance.
TELLWO takes pride in setting high standard for its authorized representatives. We seek individuals and/or businesses that are able to meet all the following three qualifications and will be dedicated in promoting and distributing TELLWO LED Lighting products.
1. The prospective distributor must have experience in selling the products of interest; must have a local office in the pursuing territory;
2. The prospective distributor must have a technical support and service team who are trained to provide professional maintenance and service for units sold;
3. The prospective distributor must meet the mutually agreed annual sales quota; Usually the sales turnover should not be less than USD30,000 for one city in 6 months. (Exact sales requirement depends on your business region). TELLWO reserves the rights to adjust the sales quota annually based on market demands. And the Distributor recognises that it has a responsibility to develop and promote and grow the TELLWO sales volume in its area.
4. Distributor should declare its purchasing policy, basic trading area, primary markets served and its commitment to TELLWO. And Distributor should understand TELLWO´s need for specific feedback on market conditions.
5. The Distributor will maintain a proper warehouse and clean inventory therein.Sales facilities shall be modern.
TELLWO will work with its prospective distributors for a trial period of 12 months to develop specific regional markets. This arrangement gives both parties the flexibility to learn about both parties’ capabilities, establish trust and evaluate the sales potential for TELLWO products in the local market. Upon meeting all the above three qualifications within the trial period, the potential distributor will be appointed TELLWO distributor with a binding contract. The newly appointed distributor will be evaluated annually against the qualification requirements stated in the contract. The distributorship will be renewed if qualifications are maintained. If the distributor fails to fulfill the requirements as stated in the contract, the distributorship will be reassessed for possible termination.
